Such consent shall extend to the sharing of my/our personal information with sellers of businesses and properties, franchisors, financial consultants and other business brokers/agents who may need to provide advice or assistance during the provision of services to me/us.

By completing a Buyers Profile I/we acknowledge that Renwick Business and its sellers of businesses and properties are about to disclose certain Confidential Information pertaining to the clients business operations and financial performance. I/we undertake to keep such Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to use, sell, trade, publish or otherwise disclose to any third party other than is permitted in terms of this undertaking, for any purpose other than for the purpose of determining whether or not I/we wish to proceed with the purchase which is being contemplated. I/we undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the confidential information as if it were our own confidential information.

The Confidential Information shall remain the property of the relevant Disclosing Party and on demand of Renwick Business on behalf of the Disclosing Party, I/we will shall return all the original Confidential Information or at the instance of the Disclosing Party, destroy all copies and reproductions in our possession and or in the possession of our representatives and or advisors.

I/we accept that the information provided by Renwick Business on behalf of Sellers shall be treated in confidence and I/we undertake not to disclose such information to others for their benefit without the consent of Renwick Business. You agree to refrain from engaging in direct contact with Renwick Business sellers unless done so with the express written consent of Renwick Business.

I/we consent to the provision of pertinent personal financial and or company information as may be required to qualify my interested in the business and or property being considered. In the event that a suitable business or property is found using the services of Renwick Business, and in the subsequent event that I/we should wish to present an offer to purchase that I/we agree to follow the Renwick Business process.

I/We acknowledge that Renwick Business is an agent and not an attorney or tax practitioner, and I/we are advised to seek professional advice concerning legal and tax matters.
