For a R100 000 license fee you will receive:

Depending on your strategy, networks and time commitment you could earn from R 50,000 – R 150,000 per month once you have established yourself as a professional business broker and estate agent.
As a license partner you will have the marketing rights to a geographical area, and any brokers/agents working in that area will fall under your management and commission sharing structures (as to be determined and agreed upon contractually).
